Kadence Lee – Vice President

Kadence Lee brings a wealth of leadership, technical expertise, and community dedication to the Tualatin Youth Wrestling Club. A 20+ year Active Duty Air Force member specializing in Satellite Communications, Radio, and Cyber Security, Kadence has built a career centered on precision, problem-solving, and service.

Beyond his military career, Kadence is also the owner of BearLee Made, a custom woodworking business where he blends craftsmanship with creativity. His passion for community involvement extends into the nonprofit world, where he has served on multiple boards and played a key role in the creation and execution of Portland Secret Dining Society.

As the Vice President of Tualatin Youth Wrestling Club, Kadence is dedicated to supporting the growth of young athletes and fostering a strong wrestling community. An incredibly active father, he takes great pride in watching and encouraging his three children—Neahm, Kale, and Brogan—as they develop their skills and passion for the sport.

Kadence’s commitment to mentorship, teamwork, and leadership makes him an invaluable part of the wrestling club, ensuring that the next generation of athletes has the support and guidance they need to thrive.
